Do you allow visitors?

We love visitors!  You can come visit any time after the puppies are 4 weeks old,  and you are welcome to pick your puppy in person when your pick day arrives.

How do I get to choose which puppy I want?

Puppies are chosen in the order in which applications/deposits are received.  The first family chooses their puppy at week 6, then the second family in line chooses their puppy, and so on.  The process is usually finished by week 7.  You are welcome to come choose your puppy in person, or I will send lots of pictures and videos of the puppies, along with my advice and observations, to help you choose the right puppy for you.

How do you socialize your puppies?

Our puppies are raised inside the home with our kids and other dogs; they are exposed to the sights, sounds and smells of an active household from day one.   We spend a lot of time cuddling and talking to them, and after they are 2 weeks old, we always have lots of visitors who can’t wait to see and play with the puppies.  When they are 4 weeks old, we go on weekly field trips so they can get used to being in the car and experiencing new places.  I have “Puppy Parties” at friends’ houses to make sure that the puppies meet people and children of all ages.  In short, we place a lot of importance on the socialization process and spend a lot of time working with the puppies to make sure they are confident and secure little dogs who are excited to experience their new world when they go home with you.
